We have a comprehensive suite of standardised modular training to offer. We can deliver all of these as stand alone modules or put together a tailored training package that suits your needs.

We use many of these tools in the Basic Awareness and especially our Lean Leadership Programme and workshops. However, we also ensure that our training is not just a set of slides.

We use supplementary videos, flipcharts, games, simulations, exercises, go see, reflection and discussion breakouts and other interactive learning techniques to provide an overall engaging training experience with some additional ‘wow’ factor features thrown in.
