Coming soon, right here, will be the Lean Leadership COACH ‘Lean University’. The Lean University will be the most in depth and advanced online training and education for Lean Practitioners, Leaders and Coaches, who are passionate about improving business performance and getting better results. By learning and developing your knowledge and skills from our training, our aim is to help you be a better Leader, become a better motivator and have the right thinking, people skills and tools to develop a continuous improvement system and high performance culture.

Whether you are in business yourself and want to create competitive advantage, or you want to be a Lean Sigma Business coach / professional, this learning portal will teach you all there is to know and more; the theory, the practice, our experiences from 20 years’, our stories, how to train others and in the Lean Shop you can purchase the very same training materials we use with our clients.

We teach you the key principles, concepts, tools, strategies and underlying behaviours that support continuous improvement as a means to profitable growth and place it all in one easy accessible area to pick and choose what you need, when you need it and be able to access it at the right time.

Currently, we are working on developing all of our training and putting it into video format for easy consumption. However, in the spirit of Continuous Improvement it will be a continual process to add more value to our Customers in this membership portal and grow everyone’s level of knowledge with new information i.e. add more content, feature interviews with successful entrepreneurs, case studies and talks from local business owners, using Lean and Customer Excellence, and international speakers with the latest research and developments in the field.

In the near future, we also aim to develop our own podcast and webinar series where we listen to some of the best in the business for their insights, knowledge, expertise, and the gems of distinctions they can share with our growing community. Even better than that, we will be featuring Lean Leaders who have great results and want to share their knowledge and secrets for you to model and emulate their achievements.
