With 20+ years experience coaching and leading, we bring you the Lean Sigma principles, concepts and tools for improvement. We also focus on the key leadership values, behaviours and employee engagement skills that help drive cultural change and improved results, because change is more about emotions and the mind-set than tools. 

Like a fitness coach for business, we help you get from where you are now, to where you want to be, and become operationally and financially fitter, stronger and healthier. We understand that profits and performance are only the outputs of an overall system. We offer many services to support the goal of business improvement and cultural change. We can facilitate blue sky visioning workshops, strategy deployment,  guide you on a road-map for the lean journey, provide a lean business assessment or deliver training to your leaders and teams to help them better understand how to improve processes and lead change as Lean Leaders.

We have many training options available including the 1 or 2 day Lean Sigma Awareness, 3 or 4 day Lean Coach and the more advanced and in depth Lean Leadership Academy. We can also provide training on problem solving and troubleshooting or create a bespoke team building day with learning, fun, challenges, and action planning. However, if you prefer a more ‘hands on’ practical approach, we can run a value stream diagnostic workshop, a rapid improvement event or provide ‘coaching and support’ to guide, challenge and mentor you as required.

How you work with us is your choice. We are flexible, adaptable and will always aim to meet and surpass your expectations. You can even elect to have us as your coaches from afar. This means you get us ‘on call’ for various matters, such as presentation materials, implementation advice, or simply just to bounce some ideas around or provide some specific advice on a project.

Our Strengths

One of our strengths lies in bringing a team of individuals together to raise awareness on the bigger picture issues with a cohesive team approach. We facilitate thoughts, frustrations, ideas, suggestions and empower people to take action and improve their own part of the process to improve the whole. (Synergy 2+2 = 5)

We help frame the problems, create common SMART goals, and work together to achieve those goals through structured problem solving using a systematic proven and scientific approach (PDCA and DMAIC). Because ultimately business Improvement is about understanding the key problems affecting performance and using team based root cause problem solving and focused action to improve the situation.

We also look at the whole ‘End to End’ process and system for delivering value to customers. We seek to understand it, measure it, analyse it and find the waste and variation that causes delays, bottlenecks, additional costs, rework, scrap, work around’s and customer dissatisfaction / disengaged & frustrated employees.

Each of our professional coaches has personally led and successfully delivered significant change and improvement in many different businesses, sectors and industries and can often see what you can’t see, as well as share best practice from other industries.

Our expertise is centred upon an in-depth knowledge and practical application of the Toyota Business System, Six Sigma Process improvement and Service Excellence methodologies and we constantly learn as we deploy bespoke solutions for our clients and build positive relationships for mutual benefit.
